Firmware Version: Firmwareversion:‪1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n

I have several disconnects per day and don't know what to do anymore. Bigger LTE antenas were installed because of bad RSRP and RSRQ so signal is good now but the disconnects are still happening! The systemprotocols when it happened the last time are attached!

Hi，the screenshots of system log didn't include LTE disconnection issue, when the problem happened, was there any change on the LED status?

Please help to confirm the following details:

1. Screenshots of Advanced->Status page when problem happens and also when internet works fine

2. When problem happens, will it recover automatically or you have to reboot the router to get internet again?

3. When it happens next time, please don't reboot it, save a system log file on System Log page and send it to us please.

4. How oftem does it happen?
