Deco M9 Not showing signal strength or details - only Health Check
Looking at all of the set up and help guides it states from the app I should be able to select a unit and see details such as signal strength. I am only able to see the MAC address, IP address and that the "Deco is working well". I am missing signal strength and the upload and download speed, according to the documentation. This thread appears to have had the same issue, https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/221660. From the responses it seems it was resolved, but the solution is not inline with the thread.
Any ideas?
