Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.2 v0093.0 Build 200608 Rel.66307n(4555)

I found below information in router Logs when few devices lost internet connect. This issue happens sometimes with Android Phone or IPhone or Desktop. (it's randan)

some times it get fixed after reboot of router. but issue reoccurs again after few days.

need to find permanent resolution.

Change this setting and check if that makes any difference:

  @terziyski tried, but no luck, still having same issue. now it's spreading across more devices.

There's a newer FW for your device. You can upgrade the FW (Case 1) and check if that can help with your issue.

If the issue persists after the FW upgrade try switching the IGMP version again and see if any difference.
