Hi

 

I recently bought an archer c50 v4 in Bangladesh and am regretting my decision. I replaced my Xiaomi router with it. 

 

The problem is with 5ghz channel. I have a pixel 4a, galaxy s8 and other phones too. They do not detect 5ghz wifi from the router. My firestick tv and my laptop seems to detect it. I tried searching for other country firmwares so I could get more channel selection for the 5ghz channel but cant find one other than the EU version. It seems to be the problem with a lot of people when i searched online.

 

Please help us. Let us choose another region or more channels.

@Aaksz  If you bought the C50 v4, which is an EU version, then you cannot choose the channels other than 36-48. That means if your phones don't support these channels, then they cannot work with the router. It is suggested to contact the local distributor Excel, who will help you with this matter:
