Good day.
Need an urgent solution to the problem.
Internet did not work through Wi-Fi network. I turned off the router for 2 minutes, then turned it back on. The Internet has earned. But after about a few minutes, the Internet disappeared. In the router's office it says "Poor network.".
As I understand it, a person also has a modem.
How to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

Please go to advanced>>Network>>Internet>>click on Advanced>>choose use the following DNS address>>fill in 8.8.8.8 in primary DNS and fill in 8.8.4.4 in secondary DNS and click on Save. 

If the internet cannot be restored, please disconnect TP-Link router from modem and connect a computer to the modem directly and see if modem has internet. 

If modem doesn't have internet either, then we can know it is the modem loses internet access sometimes. Please contact your ISP to troubleshoot. 

But if your modem is working fine, I am afriad it is TP-Link router's issue. We recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement:
