Bonjour à tous.

 

depuis quelques jours mon routeur TL-MR6400 ne reconnais plus ma carte SIM. J'ai réalisé toutes les dernières mise à jour mais aucun résultat. J'ai restaurer à l'état usine la machine mais toujours rien. 
 

Avez-vous une idée d'où peu provenir le Problème ?

Hi, what is the SIM card status on Advanced->Status page? If indeed no SIM cards can be detected any more, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Unplug and reinsert the SIM card

2. Make sure the same SIM card works fine on other devices

3. Reboot the router with SIM card inserted properly

4. Try a different SIM card

le statut de ma carte SIM est "aucune carte SIM", je l'utilise tous les jours dans mon iPad et elle fonctionne très bien.

 

J'ai réalisé plusieurs fois la manipulation que vous m'avez indiqué, mais malheureusement c'est toujours pareil.

 

je vais voir au magasin ou j'ai acheté l'appareil pour la garantie.

 

j'ai essayé de contacter le support de service après vente de Tp-link mais il faut "prendre un ticket". Or, lorsque je créé un compte pour "prendre un ticket" j'ai toujours le message suivant "Cookie is disabled in your browser. Please enable the cookie to continue." Pourtant les coockies ne sont pas bloqués sur mon mac.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I just checked the support page on my end, there is no problem to create a ticket, if it is still under the seller's warranty, you could try to replace it with the seller, and If you need any further help on our product, please let us know.
