i have an archer mr600 which possibly got infected with a virus. I can do almost anything except updating the firmware. I used hard reset to no avail. How can I proceed?

May I know Why do you think the modem might catch the virus, no internet or something else?
Did the modem respond to a hardware reset, like all the LED lights starting blinking?
And how long have you had the modem?
