Model: Deco X68
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: newest

I've just setup my new Deco X68/X3600. Wifi and wired devices are connected and have internet access. Problem is I have a wired NAS and wifi devices can't see it. Wired can.

My map:

Cable modem --> Main Deco -> Switch 1 -> Switch 2 -> Deco 2

NAS and PC are connected to Switch 1 and can see each other. Playstation 5 is connected to Switch 2 and can see the NAS also.

But wifi connected laptop and ipad can't see the NAS (ping, Plex client, remote connection).

My old network was all on 192.168.1.###. Now the wifi devices are getting 192.168.0.### IPs while the wired are still using their 192.168.1.### IPs. I tried adjusting the Deco DHCP settings but every time I try to save it says it failed...possibly because I'm not sure what subnet mask to pick.

I think I confirmed that's the problem. I plugged the laptap into Switch 2 and it got a "0" address, and could not see the NAS. I then manually gave it a "1" IP and it can see the NAS. So how do I get them to see each other?

Current Deco DHCP settings are Start 192.168.0.50 End 192.168.3.250 Gateway 192.168.1.1.

I think I've fixed this. Previously when I tried to change the  DHCP settings it wouldn't save. This time I tried different range of numbers (limiting it to 192.168.1.###) and it took the change, and now WiFi devices can see the wired devices.

Just browsing another thread and it mentioned having a router for Ethernet, and Access Point mode...

So is the problem the Deco isn't routing the Ethernet traffic? Do I still need a router? Or can the Deco do it?
