Verge of nervous breakdown setting up router
New router. New isp 02.
Got all details from 02 to set up 3rd party router.
Username and password
Vpi 0
Vci 101
Nat enabled
Primary dns
Under advanced>network>Internet set up a connection using this info and clicked connect....status DSL Disabled and no Internet.
Trying to work, losing money, 02 router being sent after horrible confusion and awful customer service over days, but this is urgent so purchased a router myself thinking this would get me inside quickly! Lol
Literally hours on phone to 02 and chat with tp link and each blaming other.
Can anyone help? My tech knowledge is not that great!

VR2100 settings for O2 home broadband should be provided to you by your ISP.
I found this info if that helps in some way:

@terziyski thanks so much for the reply. Yes I have seen these details. They match what o2 told me on the phone except they said to put in the username and password not, as this page suggests, leave blank. I am not sure how you can leave blank as this cannot be left out when completing the info unless you chose internet type as dynamic. Neither approach works.
I keep being told by tplink to ask my isp, but I have and entered all the details!

The specific DSL settings for a 3-rd party modem/router could be provided only by your ISP - hence the TP-Link answer to contact them.
You can get help from your ISP (ask to be visited by a technician - better option) or a customer who already is using such device in the O2 network (an answer here or from O2 community).
If this thread is yours, then you just have started getting some help from the O2 community as well:

Yes I have got all the details from 02. They dont work on this router. 02 ( nor any isp) are not going to support set up of a 3rd party router. All they do is provide the details for login and configuration. They have done this. The router doesnt work. I need support from tp link and not getting it.

Hi @Hypat1a
For this configuration issue, would you please login to the VR2100, then go to Advanced>>System Tools>>Diagnostic >>click on Start and take a screenshot of the result for me?
