From what i read, i only know how to set the bandwidth for all wireless connection using ip range, and all devices that connected share the bandwidth. How can i set up my router so each device that connected to my router have same bandwidth limit (not shared)? am using dhcp connection.

You can setup specific bandwidth for each device.
While it is hard to guarantee that it will achieve the absolute bandwidth sharing.
Good day.
