Model: Archer VR400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.4.0 0.9.1 v0070.0 Build 220126 RC.50521n

So my Archer VR400 V2 drops DSL when raining outside, i have another ZTE modem/router, it doesn't drop DSL when it's raining, cable is new i checked the box, no moisture to be found, also i get much more CRC in VR400 V2

This is my line stats, also my DSLAM uses a Broadcom chipset, and VR400 V2 is also Broadcom so i guess it's good, is there any firmware that can stabilize my line and has less CRC? i'm using the latest firmware:

Thank you.

@alpharevx

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To better locate this issue, may I have the following information:

1. Who is your internet service provider? What is the model number of your another ZTE modem/router?

2. When did you purchase this device? And when did you get this issue?

3. Does your VR400 only drop DLS when it rains? Have you noticed that this device drops DSL at other times as well?

4. How frequently does VR400 drop? And how did you recover the DSL connection?

5. When VR400 drops DSL again, please take a screenshot of the DSL info in web management interface.

@TP-Link

1- My ISP is Algérie Télécom, It's Huawei (Not ZTE, my bad) model is HG532e

2- I got this modem like 2 months ago, modem is 95% stable only when it rains i get frequent disconnects, sometimes 10minutes, sometimes 15.. ect just random and the Error packet number increases by hundreds before i get a disconnect
3- Only when it rains, other times is 95% stable

4- It drops when it rains mostly, other than that it drops and re-sync maybe once a week and that's it

5- I will try to

Edit : Cabling is good on the inside and on the outside, no moisture or anything, recently changed the cable and the outside box is well sealed, i got everything checked before i was sure it was the Tp-Link router.
