MR200 fails to start

Model: Archer MR200

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.9.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190307 Rel.54196n

My MR200 router failed the other day.

On powering up, the only led to light is the 1st signal strength bar. It lights for about 1 second then turns off. No other leds light up for the duration the unit is on.

I am able to access and log into the routers homepage and edit the settings.

I have tried a reset to factory defaults too but the problem is the same.

Please advise,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Are you using the original power adapter?

Please try to reboot the router and reset it again: press and hold WPS/Reset button until the Power LED starts flashing to reset the router to its factory default settings.

If the issue remains the same, I am afraid this device is faulty. Please contact retailer or local support to process waranty.
