Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 build 20201120 rel. 50399

Facetime is super choppy on our wifi. We have a few extenders around but for years now it's been better for us to turn off wifi and use data when using Facetime. We have iphone 12s that are up to date.

We routinely have download speeds 80-110 mbps. Upload speeds 9 - 10 mbps (throttled by ISP so we can't do anything about this). Ping usually around 11 ms.

What can we try to fix this?

Hi @dcantler

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to reply you late.

To help us better locate your issue, may I have the following information:

1. Is FaceTime the only application with such problems, or do other application or online behavior have the same unstable problems?

2. How many extenders do you have in total? Are they all connected to the main router?

3. If you turn off extender and connect to the main router's Wi-Fii, do you still have the same issue with facetime?
