WR902AC doesn't work on channels > 48

Hi,
I'm trying to connect my WR902AC to my Fritz!Box 7490 using 5GHz.
A connect is possible on channel 36-48, but not using channel 100 or higher.
Is this a bug or a feature?
What will I have to do to use the upper channels?

No. This is not a bug or an issue with the WR902AC router, as it only supports band 1 for the 5GHz (channel: 36~48), which is designed to comply with that of CE regulation. It doesn't support DFS channels, which are what you are requiring.
