Cant add Hue play bars to deco m4 system (2xmesh)

Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V6

Firmware Version: 2.10.3

Im not able to find the hue play bars but i did mange to add the bridge.

I have a fiber-router that is bridge(No wifi)

And 1 mesh is connect with a cat5 from router going to port 1 on the 1 mesh.

The 2nd floor the mesh nr2 is connected on port 2 going from a terminal on first floor so the mesh is directly connected .

The bridge from hue is connect on port 1 on mesh on the 2nd floor but i cant find the lights when searching them up

Any ideas ?
