Problem pairing Huawei router HG8245W5-6T with TL-WN821N

I have a problem with finding wifi. TP-link doesn't see any wifi?!
I tried to install drivers manually via CD from the package.
It's a win7 computer I am using and I just had optical internet installed by the provider (200/80Mbs).
I stick in an old TP-link adapter (150Mbs) and it sees wifi but I cannot see it with a new one (300Mbs).
I tested this new wifi adapter on another network and it works also I tried the other USB adapter (asus) 300Mbs
and the problem persists.
Does anyone experience the same problem?
Any tip will be appreciated
