Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: v3 & v4

I am having problems with pairing my TL-PA4010(UK) ver 3 with my TL-WPA4220(UK) ver. 4. I have followed the relevant instruction sheet, but I still end up with 2 networks of

Wi-Fi, one for the Adapter and one for the Extender, different names and different passwords. I followed the instructions for unifying my networks, but, when I press the button on the Extender, after pressing WPS on my router, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong ???.....

@TamarB

The TL-PA4010 does not support wifi function, how many TL-WPA4220 do you have in total?

Each extender unit has its own wifi network, including wifi name and password; you can customize and change them into the same. Below is the instruction:

May it help.

@TamarB Thanks for your reply. I have 1 4010 and 1 4220 and both have their own WiFi system. My smart phone automatically switches between them when I move from my lounge to the study.

Gotcha, there are two wifi extenders that explain that there are two separate wireless networks.

As I mentioned above, you can use the tpPLC utility to customize their wireless settings to the same if you like.
