@Kevin_Z
Hello,
I am a user of Archer AX20 (AX1800). I have been using this router for a few months now. The software version that came with the router out of the box was also buggy, but after updating to V1.2_210901 everything started working better, except for some UI issues on the web portal (192.168.0.1), but aside from that, the WIFI signal was fantastic and the internet speed was like 1000% faster,
Unfortunately, after updating to V1.2_211231 from within the router, my router is now broken, the wifi signal strength is lower, it keeps disconnecting, and the connection speed is worse. The router shows that it is connected to the internet, but I am still receiving 0 kbps frequently. Occasionally, the router is also disconnected from the Internet. In this case, I have to restart or log back in through the router's web portal.
I would appreciate it if you could fix this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, can I downgrade my router's firmware to V1.2_210901 while you work on fixing it,
It would be greatly appreciated if you could respond as soon as possible.
Regards,
Thank you.
