Deco M4 running on Firmware 1.5.2 Connection Problems
I updated the latest firmware for my M4R (2.0) but after the update it keeps crashing my whole network, intermittently. Both wired and wireless connection stops working. Tried to downgrade back to the previous firmware but not allowed. Connection from ISP is stable.
Kindly advice any solution.
Thank you

I might be having the same problem, what's your setup?
Mine's a Deco M4 (2.0) firware version 1.5.2 Build 20210916 Rel. 56193 connected as follows:
Modem --ethernet--> Deco (AP) --ethernet--> switch --> Office PCs
Both the wired and wireless connection goes down.
Disabling wifi on the modem makes no difference.

Same here. Seems to be the same problem as being discussed in
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/269448?page=1
But there seems to be no solution yet.

Hi, thank you for the feedback.
Could you please help me check for more details:
Would any Deco turn red when the internet got disconnected?
May I know who is your internet service provider?
How often did this issue repeat?
And could you please install the beta firmware here to see whether it helped or not:
Wireless clients and Satellite Deco fail to connect to Main Deco under Spectrum / Starhub

Loaded the beta firmware. It does not work.
The result is still the same. When the WAN is connected, the Deco becomes unresponsive, the CPU load is at 100% can the admin web page is not reachable. The mobile app is not able to connect to the network and the wireless clients are not able to login to the wifi.
