How to change the Deco M4 firmware manually?

Update:
The ISP-customized version could not be manually updated without the permission of local internet service provider.
It is suggested to contact the service provider and request a new firmware directly.

@David-TP i would like to get this upgrade tool aswell cuz i realized that the reason i cant upgrade my Deco m4 to the latest version is that its ISP-custumized and have no web ui functionality
