I've subscribed to home shield and have had mixed success with the parental controls so far.  A couple of issues:

*The reward feature to temporarily allow access just plain doesn't work. Ever.

* Today, despite no changes to any offtime schedules, my kids access refuses to turn on when it should have - very frustrating as I had to physically remove their devices from parental control to allow access!

*It's almost impossible to "allow" access to certain websites - there's no option to whitelist anything anywhere, only an option to block websites.

It would be great if these bugs could be ironed out as it has the potential to be a good service.
