Suitable MESH Extenders for Archer AX73 Cable Router
Hi.
First post on this forum - please be gentle!
I have just purchased an Archer AX73 WiFi-6 Router to help solve problems I have been experiencing with my Virgin Media Hub 3 (now in Modem Mode). The VM Hub couldn't cope with the number of simultaneous connections from the various wired and wireless devices.
I have several TP-Link Extenders/PowerLine Adapters and I'm interested as to whether they are MESH-capable with this router or if it is a case of buying new.
Extenders
1 x RE200 v1.1
PowerLine
1 x TL-PA4010 Ver 3
2 x TL-WPA4220 v1.2
2 x TL-WPA4220 v 4.0
I also have a couple of NETGEAR Extenders that I'm guessing aren't compatible with TP-Link's One Mesh??
1 x EX7500
1 x EX6410
My house is 4 bedroom/2 reception rooms over 3 floors - VM cable connection and AX73 router on top floor.
All walls are solid brick (no stud-partition walls) and the bricks are very dense (and very hard) Engineering Bricks.
If none of the above are suitable, can you suggest alternatives please?
If they are suitable - how do I designate a particular device as being part of the Mesh Network?
Thanks in advance,
Zaph
