Deco not connecting to the internet

Deco M4 not connecting to the internet. Followed all the instructions multiple times (including the trouble shooting videos) but after setting up the Wifi network the red light comes on the unit and I am told that it can't reach the internet. I have changed units and ports. The router is working fine so I am not sure what else to do.

Hi, I see your Deco seems online under your TP-Link ID now.

So I guess the issue has been fixed already. If so, would you please share with us how you fixed the setup on Deco M4?
