Hi there, all of my internet works fine except for when I use a video meeting software such as Zoom, Google Meets, I will be able to log into the meeting, but I can't see or hear anybody. Does anybody know what might be the issue?

When I use my old wireless router, all my video conferencing software works.

Hello, are you using Zoom or Google Meets on a computer or on your phone? Is it connected to the AX3000 via Wi-Fi, 2.4GHz or 5GHz? How about the link speed between the computer and the AX3000?

Have you tried to enable the IGMP proxy/IGMP Snooping? Can I have a screenshot of it?

You could also test what happens if you manually set a non-restricting DNS server for the WAN port, like 8.8.8.8 for Google or 1.1.1.1 for Cloudflare. (on your AX3000 it should be under Network -> WAN -> Advanced -> Set DNS server manually).
