What exactly is the difference between the models RE655 and RE650 (see here: https://www.tp-link.com/de/home-networking/range-extender/ )? They share the same technical specs (exactly), same amazon-price etc.

RE655(DE) V2 is the same as RE650 V2 , only difference is that RE655 V2 software language is localized,i.e.in German.
If you have a tp-link OneMesh router and wish to build OneMesh,RE655 V2/ RE650 V2 supports OneMesh, RE650 V1 does not yet, please always refer to updated OneMesh Comparability list here.
