Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20210717 rel.64680(4A50)

By following the user guide to setup the NAT Forwarding > Port Forwarding,  I can't find the NAT Forwarding menu:

In which mode you're using the device - wireless router or AP ?

Have you tried to use a different web browser to open the device's management page ? (Mozilla, Chrome), use incognito tab if necessary.

If it's in wireless router mode, and the issue persists hard reset the device (method 1) and re-configure from scratch.

As in my screenshot, the System doesn't have any sub-menu.

I'm using it as a Wireless Router.

Are you managing your router from your LAN or you're using a Remote Management ?

Some of the router's menu items may not be visible if you're using a remote management.

What's your network topology ? (ISP modem/router, AX73, etc.)

Have you tried a different browser for accessing the AX73 ?

I'v reset router by method 1, but still cannot see the NAT forwarding menu.

By changing the browser, I can see the operation mode is Wireless Router Mode.

Use Mozilla or Chrome browsers to see if any difference.

You can also install the Tether app on your mobile and configure the router through this app.

I tried all options you mentioned. But the issue remains.

I still can't see the NAT forwarding menu.

That's a really odd issue.

If you haven't, try another device to access the router web management interface.

If the issue persists I would suggest to contact your local support or e-mail the TP-Link Help Desk to be advised on that.

Maybe one last thing you could try is if the missing pages can be accessed via direct link or not.

Just log into the router's user interface so that you see the menu and then replace the string after the # with the corresponding string for the page you want to open.

For example, if you were already on the Operation Mode menu like shown in your screenshot and the link in the browser's address bar is "192.168.0.1/webp.../inde...#operationMode", then replace the string "operationMode" with "portForwarding" to load the webpage for NAT Port Forwarding or "portTriggering" for the Port Triggering page or "openVpn" for the OpenVPN Server configuration page, etc.

Didn't work. The URL will change to networkStatus automatically.

Thanks!

I'm wondering have you ever upgraded the router firmware? Was there anything abnormal?
