Model: M7350
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.10 Build 181220 Rel.1066n

Hello all,

Just bought a new M7350 for home use with my mobile data connection. Unfortunately, after less than a day, I've noticed that the wifi connection to all devices keeps dropping every few minutes, then is re-established.

I use the router as an 'always on' home router (ie always plugged in) with 4 devices and I've tried literally every fix I've read online.

Every few minutes the wifi signal will disappear completely, then reconnect with no intervention on my part. To be clear, the problem ISN'T with the 4g network, it is connectivity with all devices in the house. When it works, the signal is strong.

I have done the following: disabled power saving, switched to a fixed channel, set the signal strength to long range, set the mobile network to 4G only, set the network to 'n' only through the web interface. No luck. Firmware is also up to date.

Any ideas welcome because otherwise I'll have to take it back as it's impossible to do my work or use as a home router.

EDIT: One thing I have noticed is that when I try to assign a fixed channel in the web interface, then re-visit the setting, I'll often find a message saying: "Wi-Fi channel has switched to X to avoid interference between Wi-Fi and LTE" but I don't know if this is relevant.

@DigitalFrog

Hi, please try to install this firmware and check whether the connection could be improved:
