AX73 router cannot connect with maxis fibre

Hi all,

Anyone here know why after setup the router I still unable to get the connection.Wireless is okay can connect but no internet connection.

1) Already checked PPPOE username and password no mistake

2) Try changing lan port also cannot

Any others troubleshooting ideas? 🙏🏻
