Hello,

I cannot connect to the extender network for configuration.I tried on multiple devices but still cannot find the extender network (TP-Link_Extender).

Moreover, i tried to use a pin to hard reset the extender but i could not press in the pin. It seems that there is no button inside.

Could someone help please?

There should be a button in there - use a pin or toothpick to press the button - you should feel/hear a click when it was successfully pressed for one second:

If you still can't see the extender's SSID connect to its ethernet port - here's a setup video guide.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".
