I've had my adapters working perfectly within my house, but now I'm trying to connect to an outbuilding that was recently build and I can't get it to work.  I'm not very technical when it comes to the internet, but I wondered if it could be that the outbuilding runs from its own circuit breaker in my fuse box?

Any advice on how I can get it to work or anything else I can do to get the outbuilding internet? (The walls are soundproof and VERY  thick so I doubt wifi is the answer)
