I did get a instructions manual from tp-link but i can not find any internal or external antenna settings !

What kind of "antenna settings" are you looking for in particullar?

 

Do you mean manual selection of the 3G/4G band, like B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, etc.?

is there an option to select what type of antenna I use, if I am useing the bunny ears antenna or if I have an large external antenna mounted to the wall outside. I thought there might be a two different select  option's somewhere. There was on my last router.

I think the TP-Link MR series routers don't have such an option.
