I cant make my storage sharing to work

I have ext HDD which is "seagate 500gb"
I set it up and follow the instruction online on how to set it up

The router detected my ext HDD and
I was able to start the "Service status"
enabled "shared"
and ticked "Access shared storage with password"

but when I click "Open the disk", it doesnt do anything
when I try to access it via "\\tplinklogin.net" it will open but I cant access the volume
when I try to access "192.168.0.1\volume1" it's saying that I put the wrong password
even though I didnt and theres no option to type it in

I need help on this as it is not working for me
I even try to create FTP to access it but same thing happens

I already exhausted all online resources but its no good
I need HELP!
