I have receive a mail related to my Micromx USB Modem from TP-LINK as below
Dear Sir,
Actually mention data card is unlocked or universal data card.
But sorry to inform you that, unlocked data cards are not compatible with our router, our router can support only Locked ISP Data cards only.

-------- There is no other way to buy a locked Aircel ISP USB Modem. After buying HUAWEI E303S which is the only locked USB modem for Aircel I insert it on my TP-LINK Router and it start working as on there compatibility list this modem is not listed.
