When i want to access in my TP-Link 3G Router with the Rj 45 wire i can not and my network icon was block by yellow small picture. How i can do to access in? Thank!

did you try open the page with 192.168.0.1?
check the ip settings on the computer, open control, panel, network and sharing center/network connections , change adapter settings/manage network connections, go to local area connection status, details, check the ip address, default gateway etc.
DHCP enabled, the gateway number is the one you should use to access the router page.
