Firmware Version :

ISP : Reliance Net Connect


Hi

I called Customer Care and confirmed that MR3220 supports ZTE AC2738 Model even though it is not there in Compatible list.
But when i actually configured- It is showing as Modem Identified but signal strenth is showing Zero.

Pls support

have you tried update the router firmware?
what if connect the modem directly to the pc directly, can you get online?

Problem resolved now after updating Firmaware Provided by TP Link.

i have the same problem n i have the latest update too still its not showing any signal can u pls recommended me to the updatethat u did ,i have this firmware version 3.17.1 build 140929 rel.40245n ,it'll be really helpful for me if u guys can help me out in any way

hey buddy did it work out for u ..coz mine isn't working n i have the latest update too still its showing 0% signal the router is connected to the device ,if it did can u mail me the update at karthiksag15@gmail.com
