Inconsistent wireless connections

I have recently installed two off TL-PA211 and a TL-WPA281. Everything is working well via ethernet connections and I have no trouble accessing my home wifi network from my laptop by means of the TP extender even in areas of the house which previously were dead spots. However there are two other laptops in the home, an iPad and four mobile phones and we cannot connect wirelessly from any of these via the TP extender. In each case we see a full strength signal from the extender but despite carefully entering the correct password they all refuse to connect.
