Hi,
I am using Tata Docomo 3G dongle (ZTE MF190). I followed all the steps mentioned in the user manual, but unable to connect. I did a quick setup and selected the appropriate ISP from the dropdown. The APN and dial numbers were filled automatically and was correct (checked with ISP).
Still, I am unable to connect. It shows 3G/4G as "Identified" , signal strength "75%", but show as the status at the bottom as "Connecting".
I kept it for around 1 hr but with no results. I think I have the latest version "TL-MR3020_V1_120817" of firmware.
Please help.

Cannot connect with bin file also

I am having same issue with MR3420 router. I tried using bin files available on tp-link but cant get MF190 (Tatadocomo) to work with it.

Hi,
Not yet successfull. I tried calling TP-Link customer care. They bluntly said that they don't have the firmware for Tata Docomo (MF190). When I asked is there a possibility of getting it they responded in a very negative manner. I think I should return this piece as they have a very bad customer service.

MR3020 +Tata docomo ZTE MF190

I am also facing the same issue .It was working with Tata Photon + but my new tata docomo 3g is not working. I received response from tplink i responded back havent seen any mails from them yet.
I tried with Bin files also it doesn't work.
Customer care number is waste it is always busy.

Its very positive feedback from my side. I read this forum thread to resolve that Tata Docomo 3G ZTE MF190 issue in connecting with TP Link 3020.
I contacted the customer care via mail. Within 3 days I got the reply from the support team with the latest Firmware file. I just upgraded the firmware with their new bin file.
It started working without any issues. I really appreciate the support from TP Link guys.

My Problem

Hello everyone ... I have a similar problem but with little differences ... I have a modem ZTE MF190B which is "connecting". It's funny because when I bought it was able to connect and use it without problems for weeks ... returned to factory settings and I upgraded all firmware versions available without positive result. Someone can help me?
