Hi,

I have recently purchased M7450 ,mifi and it is keep

restarting allot through the day

Below steps done but no result

factory reset

band change from 2.4 to5GHz

Channel change

Please advise the further solution

Did this issue start out of the box? and how long have you had M7450?

May I know who is your SIM card carrier?

Would you be kind to record a video clip about the restarting process?

Good afternoon

i got the tp link start of august and the problem started a month ago

the sim card carrier is t-mobile

i got a video where is restarts

hope this all helps

@TP-Link I am having similar problems. Firmware is updated. I have rebooted, made a reset and somehow the problem is persistent. Can you please assist? thanks!

Hi, I see you have followed two posts: one is the disconnection issue, the other is the auto-restart issue.

If it is the second one, the product might be broken.

So which one is like your case?

If it is an unstable issue, please help send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com.

1. Who is your SIM card carrier.

2. A screenshot of the status page before and after the internet dropped.

3. the system log on the Mi-Fi.

4. Would there be any change in the LED lights when the internet dropped?

5. How often did the internet drop?

Ow finally you have replied @TP-Link 1. Its actually auto-restart after 10-15 min specially if i start ookla to measure how fast it is. This is only over a month with me. So this is just money down the drain?
