Hi, I had switch off 2.4 GHz and switch on 5GHz only for the mesh, but the speed seems still using 2.4 GHz, any solution to use 5 GHz speed ?

You can check in Deco app how your mobile devices are connected: do the use 2.4GHz or 5GHz, for each of devices. If Deco app says device is connected with 5GHz, it is connected with 5GHz.

You use Deco E4 - these devices have 100Mbps Ethernet ports, not gigabit. The speed they can provide for Internet connection will be limited by their Ethernet port speed, and will be at or below 100Mbps. It is regardless of how devices are connected to Deco E4: by 2.4GHz or by 5GHz.
