Hi,

 

I'm having issues updating the firmware. 

 

I tried updating it using the online upgrade feature but I get "Unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later.".

I tried updating it using the local upgrade and downloaded the firmware in https://www.tp-link.com/ph/support/download/archer-ax11000/#Firmware. After selecting the bin file and clicking upgrade, it also fails.

When downloading the FW from the support portal make sure you've used the correct FW region and HW version.

Try downloading the FW from here.

terziyski is correct. When downloading and installing the firmware on the router, you need to verify first you downloaded the correct firmware for your device.

 

Please check the device label, verify if your AX11000 is a US version or EU version, then download the correct firmware from the website. If your's a US version, you can download it manually from here.
