Greetings, 

How do you fix Unable to Check Update from the Deco App? I have the latest version of the app already restarted my Decos and still the problem persists. I currently have this setup: Deco M5(Main) > Deco M5(wired) > Deco E4 - Deco E4 - Deco E4. I updated my software month ago and now I can't check for any updates.

 

I need help on how to fix this issue. Thanks!

Hi, Did you still have the same issue?

If yes, could you please send feedback via Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top left>Help>Contact Us >Suggestions and add the system log?

@Protecuk Fixed it by restarting them again I think took me 2-3 more restarts until it shows normal.
