Hello!

I have had the deco network (1 main + 1 satellite deco for a month and a half now and it was working very well until last week when it suddenly became very unreliable, often disconnecting and restarting for no reason. As none of the solutions on the troubleshooting pages worked to fix this for me, I decided to delete and recreate the network. However I think that one of the decos has failed to factory reset, as I cannot now set it up (flashing red). I have even tried using it as the main deco but no change (starts on yellow and then goes to flashing red). I have tried manual reset and am getting the same result. Help!
