Cant get 160Mhz to work on Archer AX6600 (AX90)
I have spent a lot of hours trying to get the 5Ghz-2 to work on 160Mhz but with no result. I have almost tried every DPS channel available with the configuration set to 160Mhz and 802.11ax only yet it always stuck at 40Mhz and give me a maximum speed of 576mbps.
I would really appreciate it if someone can help solve this as I need to make a decision either to keep or return the device.
Please note that I have tested with a PC equipped with Intel AX200, S21 Ultra, and Tab S7.

Hi, can we have a screenshot about the 5GHz-2 wireless settings page of the AX90? And show us the link speed on the PC equipped with Intel AX200, ensure the Intel driver is up-to-date.

Same issue here with my brand new AX90. My old AX4860 dual band router has no problem automatically connecting at 160mhz / 2400 with my AX200 card in my laptop.
This tri-band doesn't even show 160mhz in the bandwidth drop-down box. Only 20/40/80 shows up. Even tried manual DFS channels. And yes, my AX200 has newest drivers.

Note that this particular router model only supports 160 MHz bandwidth on one of its two 5 GHz radios.

Which radio? Because doesn't show 160mhz on either one.... Thought it was the 5g2 radio. I even tried disabling one of them at a time, as well as manually setting channel to DFS

Yes, it should be the 5G2 radio.
How many channels are you able to choose from in the "Channel" drop-down menu? For 160 MHz channel width you need eight consecutive channels available, in the U-NII-2C band that would be 100, 104, 108, 112, 116, 120, 124, 128.

So, channels 120, 124 and 128 are not available, which must be the reason why you can't select 160 MHz channel width.
I think you will need the help of TP-Link support engineers to analyze why this is happening.
By the way, in the 5 GHz band the way that 40, 80 or 160 MHz wide channels can be formed has been predefined by the standards. It is not possible to, for example, use channels 136 through 165 to form a 160 MHz wide channel.
What is the region code of your AX90 router? Does it say "Archer AX90 (US)" on the label that is stuck to the underside of the router's casing, or some other code?

Was this Archer AX90 purchased in Canada?
If yes, then the missing channels could have to do with how the 5 GHz band is regulated by the Canadian government. It might be a good idea to contact your local Canadian TP-Link support and confirm with them whether the CAN version of the AX90 is actually able to utilize 160 MHz bandwidth.
