Is there a way to control the minimum bandwidth via QOS or any other Bandwidth control settings? I live in a house with 5 people and we have an internet speed of 60 MBs, when someone starts a download, that download drains almost the whole internet, leaving little to none to other devices. I wanted to control that by leaving at least 5 MBs for the other devices.

I know that's possible because I've seen that with other routers, but this one doesn't seem to have this sort of control.
