EX530v no Download Bandwidth option in QoS

Firmware Version:EX530v-v1.0_230915
Hardware Version:EX530v v1.0 00000000
Don't mind the Model I set as "General Product". There was no option to select EX530v.
I don't have access to QoS Download Bandwidth, only Upload presents. What do I need to do in order to set Download Bandwith?

As EX530v is a customized model for some local ISPs only, sorry that we can know and do much less than common wireless routers.
If you can not find the option to set up, I think it is the router does not support this feature.

@Marvin_S, that's a bummer. I was looking a way to get rid of this bufferbloat. Thanks though.
