It appears that I successfully connected the router to the internet, and connected phone and laptop to the wiri router; however the Tether app cannot locate it. No even after using the QR code on the device to connect to the wifi.

The website nor using the IP address works to access it.

I reset the router as well as restarted it. Still no result.

Do you have any suggestions on how to access the admin panel to be able to change the password and name of the wifi?

Follow this guide to determine your router's IP address while you're connected to your router by wire or wirelessly.

When you've fond it just use it in your browser to open the administrative page access.

The default username/password word are admin/admin.
