Firmware sequence number for RE 505X 1.0 US

Quick doubt here for the TP-Link people.
I have a RE505X (US) v1 and I see some "strange" firmware sequence numbers. It seems confusing to know which firmware is really the latest one.
I was using this firmware, published on 2021-05-17. Look at Release number.
RE505X(EU)_V1_210514
1.0.11 Build 20210514 Rel. 175329
Bug Fixed:
Fixed the FragAttacks vulnerabilities.
Today I could see that a new firmware was released (published date: 2021-06-23), but it has lower Sequence.

1.0.11 Build 20210511 Rel. 174130
Release Note:
Enhanced the system stability;
Optimized Onemesh stabiltiy;
Optimized the WPS pairing function;
Enhanced the Cloud connection stability.
Which firmware is really the latest?
