Powerline Adapter - Powerline LED red

My power line LED is red and other threads have said to switch the wall socket it is in.
I have switched the wall socket but it is still turning red.
What should I do?

@Epix Hello,
Red Led normally means 2 powerline units are still paired and should have Internet access but the power line environment is not good enough.
If you have changed a different wall socket for the Powerline unit which has a Red led, or put it in the same room as the main powerline unit.
May I know what is the model of your Powerline KIT/ unit? Do you have Internet on the powerline extender?
Please download tpPLC Utility and check send us aphoto of powerline rate between your powerline KIT when it has a red Led. Thank you.
