my BSNL evdo ZTE AC8700 modem is not working with TL-MR3220 V2. The modem is being detected in the router and i have set the Dialing number, username, password. But the connection is not getting established. it is showing following error

The system log seems to indicates the APN and dial number are not correct. Maybe you can check with your internet service provider whether they are the correct one. Or you can plug the modem into the computer directly, if you have internet access, try to seek for the APN and dial number with the profile saved for the connection. Hope this would help.:)

hello joy thankyou for reply. but i already have the correct username and password it is the same which i use to connect the modem from my pc it works like charm and the dialing number is #777 there is no APN for BSNL EVDO it is always left blank in my pc profile. thankyou for responding but i already have the correct credentials. plz suggest any other options

i contacted the TP-link technical support they provided me an older firmware 3.13.12 Build 120524 Rel.60134n and said they have tested it with this modem and it works i installed it in router but now new error occurs

at tp link mr3220 usb light not show and at staues show modem has identiefied but signal is 0%

whats do i
pls help me

Are your MR3220 routers also V2?

I am having the same problem as the thread starter. I have just purchased my MR2220 V2 router for my BSNL EVDO ZTE AC8700 modem. I configured it properly as per the installation guide. It is identifying the modem but not able to connect. I updated the firmware to the latest 3.15.2 Build 130423 Rel.61823n as Jeffrey carter mentioned but to no avail. Please help, what should I do?
