Other router of neighbor are getting detected on my ubuntu but not my tp link router. Please help
Will this Ubuntu 16 get a valid IP address from the C6 router when you plug it directly into one of the LAN ports? BTW, is it connecting directly to the router, or there are some other extender or switches?
Is the Ubuntu 16 the only device that has a problem connecting to the router? Are you using any special feature like Access Control, IP & MAC Binding, QoS? Disable these and try again.
